Interpretation of "Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of adult insomnia in China"

In order to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of adult insomnia in China, the sleep disorder study group of Chinese Medical Association Neuropathy Branch invited experts to discuss the issue repeatedly and compile the "Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of adult insomnia in China". The guideline was written on the basis of the principle of evidence-based medicine and also in consideration of our national conditions. It can be used as a practical and authoritative model of clinical diagnosis and treatment of insomnia for clinicians to refer. This article will illustrate some unstated problems due to space limitation and some differences of opinion that may exist in the guideline. <br />
