Xi gave several important speeches on topics including the inspection of ethnic minority areas, as well as various speeches made during the talks at the Lianghui (A term referring to the annual plenary sessions of the National People’s Congress and the National Committee of the CPC’s Political Consultative Conference) about related issues.
