Methods: Patients with ACS who were treated in our hospital between April 2014 and May 2016 were selected and divided into ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) group (n=32), non ST-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) group (n=45) and unstable angina pectoris (UAP) group (n=41) according to the illness, and the patients with stable angina pectoris who were treated and the healthy volunteers who received physical examination during the same period were selected as SAP group (n=60) and control group (n=68) respectively. Peripheral blood was collected from all groups of subjects to separate serum, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kits were used to determine the contents of Copeptin, myocardial damage indexes and RAAS molecules. Results: Serum Copeptin, troponin I (cTnI), troponin T (cTnT), creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CKMB), renin (R), angiotensin II (AT-II) and aldosterone (ALD) levels of STEMI group, NSTEMI group and UAP group were significantly higher than those of SAP group and control group (P<0.05), and the severer the condition of ACS, the higher the serum Copeptin, cTnI, cTnT, CK-MB, R, AT-II and ALD levels; serum cTnI, cTnT, CK, CK-MB, R, AT-II and ALD levels in ACS patients with high Copeptin levels were significantly higher than those in ACS patients with low Copeptin levels (P<0.05). Conclusion: Serum Copeptin significantly increases in patients with ACS and is closely related to the disease severity, the myocardial damage degree and the RAAS system activation degree.http://www.hnykdxxb.com/PDF/201707/8.pdfAcute coronary syndrome Copeptin Myocardial damage Renin-angiotensin-aldosterone |
