Summary:Knowledge management is currently considered one of the potential sources of organizational competitive advantage. This can be perceived in all economic sectors, but becomes more relevant in organizations that provide technical services. The single case study, conducted at a company that provides internet through radio waves, situated in Rio Grande do Sul, through in-depth interviews and analysis of narratives with technicians at the company, revealed details of the knowledge management process, as well as its specificities in sharing and internalization.
