The golas of this research want to know about steps of development, process of recruitment atlethes and coaches, organization, management of funding, exercise program, and facilies and infrastructure as the main factor of implementation coaching achievement at PPLP Central Java Province. Research approach is used a qualitative descriptive approach, that is research for give illustration or description about some facts without make a manipulation and as the real fact. The result obtained is 1) each of sports has done the development in a good steps, 2) process recruitment of atlhetes and coaches has passed with the right ways but, there are some atlhetes not follow the right ways for be an atlhetes of PPLP, 3) nine (9) sport branch has made exercise program periodically and has made by their coach in each sports, 4)Organizational management PPLP Central Java have been with the good arranged and structural, 5) on support facilities and infrastructure is still not complete and even yet avalaible for some sports so that can distrubbing process of training in PPLP Central Java. It can be concluded that coaching is done in a PPLP Central Java has been running well, but there are some factors that become an obstacle in a process of coaching for atlhetes.
