Summary:In this paper we expose an organic system of reflections and proposals on the Didactics of Chemistry, with reference to research of this scientific discipline and to the education of teachers. In the Italian school and society remains a serious lack of scientific culture, which has well-defined philosophical and pedagogical origins requiring answers on the same fields, as well as to all matters relating to the technical and scientific teaching in our country. These answers must obviously take proper account of the specific culture in this discipline.   Pedagogia e Didattica della Chimica In questo saggio si espone un complesso organico di riflessioni e di proposte sulla Didattica della Chimica, con riferimento alla ricerca nel settore e alla formazione dei docenti. L’incultura scientifica che permane nella scuola e nella società italiane ha origini filosofiche e pedagogiche ben precise, che richiedono risposte sullo stesso terreno che tengano conto della competenza disciplinare, come per tutte le questioni relative all’insegnamento scientifico e a quello tecnico nel nostro Paese.
