The general objective of the study was to evaluate the organizational climate in a health service provider entity; In order to fulfill this purpose, the research focused on two axes: the first, the establishment of the workers' perceptions and the aspects of work motivation in order to determine the current situation of the company; secondly, the identification of the weaknesses of the organizational climate in order to establish the points for improvement. A descriptive study supported with primary sources was carried out, a survey directed to the workers of the organization; Likewise, the theories related to the organizational climate and relevant documentation were taken into account to carry out the proposal.https://revistas.ufps.edu.co/index.php/ingenio/article/view/2097/2045organizationsorganizational climatejob satisfactionhealth service
