Growth, structure, thermal properties and spectroscopic characteristics of Nd3+-doped KGdP4O12 crystal.
A single crystal of Nd3+-doped KGdP4O12 was successfully grown with the top-seeded solution growth and slow cooling (TSSG-SC) technique.
