Then three-dimensional numerical experiments of the robust optimization model are performed and the results show that the model proposed is robust to uncertain demands and fit for airlines' hybrid channels coordination; Airlines should focus on promoting the direct channel and passengers' stickiness; agents should focus on reducing the cost of the channels, and they should carry out improve-service-level cooperation to attract passengers; airlines and agents also should cooperate with each other to obtain win-win strategies.https://doi.org/10.1051/matecconf/201817903026
