Summary:We report the case of a 60-year-old woman with left knee pain for 6 years, and left knee osteoarthritis was diagnosed by physical examination and radiography. She had a prior history of the right knee osteoarthritis and underwent total knee arthroplasty (TKA). After we performed TKA on her left knee, drop foot and sensory impairment were observed in the ward postsurgery, complicated with common peroneal nerve injury.
