Research methodology was divided into 2 steps ; firstly, to synthesize the web-based collaborative edutainment learning model for enhancing English language competency using the Ethnographic Delphi Future Research (EDFR) and to estimate the learning activity model by 5 experts. The research instruments were including the interview form and suitability assessment form. The research samples were consisted of 2 groups including the experts who brainstormed in synthetic form. The sampling method was made by purposive sampling amount 25 people and made the 4 sub-groups including the experts on learning model, content and learning management, technics, method, measurement and evaluation. There were 5 experts who assessed the suitability form. The statistics which were used in data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The results found that there were 3 main components with 10 sub-components of the Web-Based Collaborative Edutainment Learning Model for Enhancing English Language Competency as follow ; Input factors which including learner preparation, teaching plan, lesson on web, facilities, learning sources management, measurement and evaluation tools. For the process consisted of interest stimulation, funny learning, perform skillfully, assessment and application. Furthermore, there was output that including listening, speaking, reading, writing and learning achievement.
