Description
Summary:More sustainable products tend to have their changed form, function, material and semantics. This change takes into account the amount of materials and energy involved in your processes. How to ensure that changes do not interfere with your purposes goes to guide actions related to the product design area is something to be investigated. Thus, this article presents the proposed measurement of failure through the FMEA methodology without disregarding sustainability for safety. The intent is to mitigate and eliminate faults through quantitative data and to measure hazards using the function correlations between components. The result is a decrease in the 76% failure mode from concatenations that concatenate function and simplification. In this way, the failure is mitigated and sustainability is favored.
