Summary:In developed countries and in developing countries, we called as concept of underground economy which an unofficial state economic structure, greatly extended over time and become a sector and perhaps a separate economy. In that case, determination of dimension and domain or measurment of this economics which began important. Tax losses which caused by this economics and effects to economic and social growth as an important problem. Particularly this situationin the subjective of our country where located on transition roads by location is showing a separate importance. With regard to this subject economists have proposed various econometric estimates. In this paper, identification of these effects and losses, size, measurment process and its techniques are examined and for Turkish Economy is some suggestions are put forward
