Description
Summary:A framework contract may be defined as a contractual set consisting of an agreement containing general rules specifying in advance how to conclude and implement subsequent contracts under which both parties are bound to observe these rules.<br />From the advanced definition we find that the conclusion of the contract between the economic, industrial and commercial projects requires real cooperation and the contract is no longer an issue that can be completed and implemented in a moment, as in the current life contracts and so the parties may resort to overcome the legal difficulties of the future links between industrial projects And commercialization to meet the need of these projects to the factors of stability, speed and flexibility in the completion of transactions and from these methods that the parties work to reach a framework for their future transactions. All aspects of these transactions are not limited to simplifying the completion and operation of such transactions but in order to avoid the possibility of a future contract between the parties.
