This occupationalimpending for disease tran smissio n becomesunderstandable as it is known that most human microbialpathogens are isolated from oral secretion.1 On theother hand, majority of carriers of infectious diseasescannot be easily identified.2 Research shows that manyinfections can be transmitted by blood or saliva as aresult of direct or indirect communique, droplets,aerosols, or contaminated instruments and equipment.Therefore, it is implicated that infective vulnerabilityis there in dental practice.
