The starting point is the examination of human activity in its positive or negative relationships with respect to an idea of justice. From a narrative review, we evaluated the themes of freedom, necessity, of individualism, competition, lack of time and the relationship between the market and the state. The results of this research indicate that increasing the time busy with activities, which are presented as necessary means to decrease the time free activities, associated with the care of their own well-being and health.
