As part of the intervention was triggered to help victims of earthquake in Haiti on January 12 this year, France sent substantial resources. The deployment of these resources such as those sent by the rest of the international community took place on a ravaged territory. In addition to difficulties related to destruction, it was relatively difficult to obtain an overview of the situation. The almost total absence of means of communication on site and the interpretation made by some international media, benign events also helped to complicate the situation. Today, it lists the actions and projects, but what about the situation on the ground?
