This workshop lasted 18 hours. The research design was pre-experimental pretest-posttest with a single group. Seven university students from an institution of higher education participated in the workshop, where Carrion’s Self-Esteem Test was employed. Regarding quantitative results, significant differences related to the level of self-esteem were found when comparing the pretest and the posttest. So, it can be established that this intervention led to a more responsible decision making when it comes to drinking alcohol.
