Summary:The main goal of the paper is to provide an insight concerning a specific field of research in On line learning. Beside teaching devices design (program, tutoring, tools), we have to think on which way users develop a system representation including conception of the tasks, interactions with others users (students, tutors) and interpretation of user's actions by him(her)self.This paper suggests that an important part of On line learning experience is the building (design) of a virtual space of communication where any user implant communication strategies tied with others user's representations (as perceived and designed by him(her)self). So the core of tutor's activity is to help users to experience and experiment this virtual space conception in order to test it and improve the system / user interaction.
