El campo de la familia Oses se encuentra en el departamento Cushamen, en la margen izquierda del río Chubut, a unos 20 km al oeste de Paso del Sapo, Provincia de Chubut. A partir de los trabajos arqueológicos realizados en los últimos años, se localizaron sitios de superficie con materiales indígenas y viejas construcciones de pobladores europeos que arribaron al área durante las últimas décadas del siglo XIX y las primeras del siglo XX. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo dar a conocer los resultados del análisis de los materiales hallados y su peculiar distribución a partir del asentamiento europeo criollo. Las evidencias hasta el momento indican que ambos grupos, indígenas y europeo-criollos, han elegido el mismo espacio y por ende han aprovechado los mismos recursos críticos de la zona, como las leñas, el agua, la topografía. Finalmente, se sostiene que se mantuvo un contacto más interpersonal que grupal.<br>The Oses family's property is in Cushamen Department, on the left bank of the Chubut River, 20 km West of Paso del Sapo, Chubut Province. Recent archaeological research has revealed surface sites with indigenous materials and old constructions from European settlers who arrived in the area during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. The aim of this paper is to make known the results of the material analyses and the peculiar distribution of the European-Creole settlement. At present, evidence shows that both groups, Natives and European-Creoles, chose the same space to inhabit and therefore used the same critical resources from the area, such as wood, water, and the topography. More interpersonal than group contacts are manifested.
