The aim of this study is determine the effect of organizational justice on professional burnout at five-star hotels in Kemer, whic h is a major tourist destination. In this regard, questionnaire was applied to a total of 424 employees working in five star hotels in Kemer. The relationship between participants' perceptions of organizational justice and professional burnout levels was d etermined by correlation and regression analysis. As a result of the study, it was identified that there is a moderate negative relationship between professional burnout and organizational justice
