CT plays an essential role in the diagnosis of mesenteric disease, which can present with various radiologic features, including a solid mass, cystic mass, or local or diffuse infiltration on CT. Some mesenteric diseases present with distinctive characteristics, while others share similar findings, thereby complicating their differential diagnosis.
