For this purpose, a review of official documents, research articles and historical archives was made, taking as a case study the Escuela Normal Preescolar "Profra. Francisca Madera Martínez” of Panotla, Tlaxcala, being the only institution in that state that for 40 years has been in charge of educating pre-school
educators and educators.
