With the continuous development and progress of information technology, China has entered the stage of comprehensive network information development. Internet technology is also gradually playing an important role in various fields. Under the background of “Internet +”, the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is also the same. In the process of development, reform and innovation should be actively combined with the Internet.
