A total of 105 employees from the support group have been selected as samples. There are five objectives to be adjured, to examine the level of informal learning; to identify activities most frequently used, the level of performance, the relationship between informal learning activities with job performance and informal learning activities that influenced work performance. The dependent variable involved the work performance while informal learning activities are used as independent variables. The findings obtained are analyzed using the software Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 18.0 in the form of frequency, percentage, means scores, correlation and regression analysis. The level of informal learning activities and performance is high. Pearson correlation test found that there is a moderate and significant relationship at the level of significance between 0.01 between informal learning activities and job performance. Communication activity is an informal learning activity most frequently used. While regression analysis found that try and test is the most influence activity that affect the performance of support group of Perlis State Secretary's Office.
