There are six principles of Blue Ocean Strategy which are reconstruct market boundaries, focus on the big picture not the number, reach beyond existing demand, get the strategic sequence right, overcame key organizational hurdles and build execution into strategy with four strategies of Blue Ocean Strategy which are reduce, eliminate, create and raise Findings from the pilot study showed a Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient of 0.86 for Blue Ocean Strategy principle and 0.912 for strategy item. A total of 103 teachers were chosen as research samples from five "new deal" schools in Muar. Questionnaire was used in this study. Descriptive and inferential analyses were done. The results showed the practice of Blue Ocean principle in leadership are high for five principles but the six principle which is building plan with, mean score (3:23) at a moderate level. The findings also show Blue Ocean Strategy practice in co- curriculum management was also high, with "adding strategy" mean score of 3.70, " reducing strategy" with 3.65 mean score, "deleting strategy" with 3.64 and "creating strategy" with mean score 3.51. Correlation analysis also shows that there is a strong significant positive correlation between the principles and strategies (r = 0.600, p <0.01). Findings from 10 qualitative interviews with Guru Penolong Kanan shows their extensive use of "increasing strategy" in co-curriculum management.
