Percepción de los estudiantes de enfermería, UNMSM sobre el trato del docente al estudiante durante la práctica clínica en la asignatura enfermería en la salud del adulto y anciano, Lima-Perú, 2006

Objetivo: Determinar la percepción de los estudiantes de enfermería UNMSM sobre el Trato del Docente al Estudiante Durante la Práctica Clínica de la asignatura Enfermería en la Salud del Adulto y Anciano Lima – Perú 2006. Material y Método: El estudio es de Nivel aplicativo, tipo cuantitativo, método descriptivo de corte transversal. La Población está conformada por 60 estudiantes del 4º año de la EAP Enfermería de la UNMSM. Se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento una escala de Lickert modificada. Resultados: En cuanto a la percepción sobre el trato del docente de 60(100%), 35(56%) consideran que es regular, 18(36%) bueno y 7(8%) deficiente. La dimensión en la que mayor falencia se observa es el respeto; relacionado a que, juzgan las actitudes y establecen diferencias entre uno y otro estudiante, luego la comunicación; muestran indiferencia y hacen gestos desagradables, y la empatía; muestran desinterés por el estado emocional e intolerancia. Lo bueno está referido a que, responden al saludo y evalúan al estudiante en forma individual; en la comunicación, usan un tono de voz adecuado y se muestran amables; y la empatía, propician clima cálido y muestran interés por el aprendizaje del estudiante. En relación a la comunicación, 31(52%) es regular, 15(25%) deficiente y 14(23%) bueno; relacionado a que; no establecen comunicación horizontal y brindan información incomprensible. Lo bueno está referido a que usan un tono de voz adecuado y se muestran amables. Respecto a la empatía, 39(65%) es regular, 14(23%) bueno y 7(12%) deficiente; relacionado a que no crean un clima de confianza y muestran desinterés por el estado emocional. Lo bueno está referido a que propician clima cálido y muestran interés por el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. En relación al respeto, 39 (65%) es regular, 13(22%) deficiente y 8(13%) bueno; relacionado a que no demuestran con hechos entre lo que dicen y lo que hacen y establecen diferencias entre uno y otro estudiante. Lo bueno, está referido a que los docentes responden al saludo y evalúan al estudiante en forma individual. === --- Objective: To determine the perception of the students of infirmary UNMSM on Trato about Educational to the Student During the Clinical Practice of the subjet the Infirmary in the Health of the Old Adult and Lima - Peru 2006.
