Orientador: Prof. Dr. André Ricardo Oliveira da Fonseca. === Dissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Federal do ABC, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Mestrado Profissional em Matemática em Rede Nacional, 2015. === Toda medida possui intrinsecamente uma incerteza em sua interpretação, e neste trabalho mostramos a importância das aproximações, considerando o erro de uma medida como principal fator analisado, fazendo com que o aluno compare o que mais aproxima de sua realidade, estimulando-o ao raciocínio lógico, tornando-o mais seguro na forma de representar um número, motivando-o na utilização dos conceitos e situações abordadas, não o deixando levar por uma pseudo-interpretação, em que este trabalho tem por finalidade, adequar o papel do professor, enfatizando a sua abordagem de forma gradual, desde os primeiros anos do ensino fundamental. === Every measure intrinsically has an uncertainty in its interpretation, and in this work we show the importance of approaches, considering the error of a measure as the main factor analyzed, causing the student compare what else approaching your reality, stimulating it to logical thinking , making it the safest in the way of representing a number, motivating him in the use of concepts and situations addressed, not carried away by a pseudo-interpretation in this work aims, adapting the role of the teacher, emphasizing the its approach gradually, from the first years of elementary school.
