As a result, we may say that the aforementioned modern architecture has contributed, to some extent, to the purpose of the so called Liturgical Movement, as its aim was to lead the faithful to a major participation within the liturgical celebrations === O presente trabalho aborda as relações entre a liturgia e a arquitetura eclesiástica na cidade de São Paulo na época que antecede ao Concílio Vaticano II.
