The objective was to join and systematize the required and real aspects of the Agrarian Law. The methodology adopted had strong influence from the bibliographic research combined with the analyses of the agrarian situation in Brazil, indicating to the following results: A) The Agrarian Law is a activity of the civil law; B) The Agrarian Law centralize the property, with important real reflexes: Rural Real Estate, Rural Module, Small Landed Estate, Family Property, Small Property, Medium Property, Large Landed Estate, Indigenous Lands, Colonization, Squatter, Federally-owned Lands, Zone Border, Dismembering and Housing Subdivision; C) It is not possible an Agrarian Law complete understanding without the least knowing such institutes; D) The Agrarian Law suffers likewise strong contractual influence: Rural Real Estate Purchasing and Sale, Rural Leasing and Rural Partnership; E) The Agribusiness, as a group of business related to the land exploration, very important the Agrarian Law, by its social and economical importance. In the end, it is concluded that the Agrarian Law should be incorporated definitely as one of the activities most important of the Brazilian Civil Law, by the fact that all the agrarian questions guide good part of our wealth production and the job generation, being of the utmost importance its required and real effects from there current === Essa dissertação resulta de processo de pesquisa realizada na área de Direito Social que teve como objetivo reunir e sistematizar aspectos obrigacionais e reais do Direito Agrário. A metodologia adotada teve forte influência da pesquisa bibliográfica combinada com análise da situação agrária no Brasil apontando para os seguintes resultados. A) O Direito Agrário é um ramo do direito civil; B) O Direito Agrário centra-se na propriedade, com importantes reflexos reais: Imóvel Rural, Módulo Rural, Minifúndio, Propriedade Familiar, Pequena Propriedade, Média Propriedade, Latifúndio, Terras Indígenas, Colonização, Grilagem, Terras Devolutas, Faixa de Fronteira, Desmembramentos e Loteamentos; C) Não é possível um entendimento completo do Direito Agrário sem conhecer minimamente tais institutos; D) O Direito Agrário também sofre forte influência contratual: Compra e Venda de Imóvel Rural, Arrendamento Rural e Parceria Rural; E) O Agronegócio, como conjunto de negócios relacionados à exploração da terra, é muito relevante para o Direito Agrário, notadamente pela sua importância social e econômica. Por fim, conclui-se que o Direito Agrário deve ser incorporado definitivamente como um dos ramos mais importantes do Direito Civil brasileiro, pelo fato de que as questões agrárias norteiam boa parte da nossa produção de riquezas e geração de empregos, sendo de suma importância os seus efeitos obrigacionais e reais daí decorrentes
