Previous issue date: 2017-02-20 === As novas Tecnologias de Informa??o e Comunica??o ? TICs produziram modifica??es em todas as esferas da vida social, em especial na educa??o, no campo da pol?tica e nas formas de sociabilidades. No entanto, nem todos tiveram acesso ?s tecnologias, ampliando as formas de desigualdades j? existentes. Tamb?m surgiu uma nova forma de priva??o, e, nesse contexto, se inserem as Pol?ticas P?blicas de Inclus?o digital. Nesse sentido, a pesquisa ?Inclus?o Digital e Educa??o: Uma avalia??o do ProInfo em Sobral/CE? teve como objetivo avaliar a efetividade do Programa Nacional de Inform?tica na Educa??o ? ProInfo no munic?pio de Sobral, no estado do Cear?. Mais especificamente, os objetivos se constitu?ram em: investigar sobre o uso das TICs pelos professores no processo de ensino-aprendizagem; Observar como se dava a utiliza??o dos laborat?rios de inform?tica pelos estudantes; Avaliar a efetividade do ProInfo pela ?tica dos estudantes, professores e gestores; Investigar se o ProInfo contribuiu para a inclus?o digital dos estudantes; Avaliar a efetividade do ProInfo. O processo metodol?gico da pesquisa constitui-se em aplica??o de question?rios, entrevistas individuais semiestruturadas e grupos focais. Os principais resultados obtidos na avalia??o da efetividade do ProInfo, de acordo com os indicadores, demonstraram insufici?ncias na infraestrutura dos laborat?rios de inform?tica, al?m de lacunas quanto a utiliza??o das TICs no processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Evidenciou-se, ainda, a rela??o dos alunos com a tecnologia, restringindo o uso de smartphones e redes sociais. Diante desse quadro, se torna invi?vel a inclus?o digital da comunidade escolar, visto que os outros objetivos n?o aconteceram de forma efetiva. === The new Technologies of Information and Communication - TICs the spheres of the social life had produced modifications in all, in special in the education, the field of the politics and the forms of sociability. But, however, nor all had had access to the technologies extending the forms of accented inequalities already. Also they had produced a new form of privation and in this context if they insert the Public Politics of digital Inclusion. In this direction, the research ?Digital Inclusion and Education: An evaluation of the ProInfo in Sobral/CE? had as objective to evaluate the effectiveness of the National Program of Computer science in the Education - ProInfo in the city of Sobral in the Cear?. The objectives if had more specifically constituted in: to investigate on the use of the TICs for the professors in the teach-learning process; To observe as if gave the use of the laboratories of computer science for the students; To evaluate the effectiveness of the ProInfo for the optics of the students, professors and managers; To investigate if the ProInfo contributed for the digital inclusion of the students; To evaluate the effectiveness of the ProInfo. The methodological process of the research consists in application of questionnaires, individual interviews semi structuralized and groups focal. The main results gotten in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the ProInfo, in accordance with the pointers, had demonstrated insufficiencies in the infrastructure of the computer science laboratories, beyond gaps how much the use of the TICs in the teach-learning process, still proved the relation of the pupils with the technology restricting the use of smartphones and social nets. Ahead of this picture, if it becomes impracticable the digital inclusion of the pertaining to school community, since the other objectives had not happened of form accomplish. |
