Através de etnografia realizada ao longo do ano de dois mil e quinze, analiso nesta dissertação as potencialidades múltiplas dos movimentos pelo terminal, a partir dele e relacionados a ele. Nesta análise, priorizo as maneiras que distinções, aproximações e afastamentos entre pessoas, assim como operações de categorias de cidadão, são criadas e mantidas através de estratégias de movimento. Também questiono a coerência de um imaginado sistema unificado de transporte e passo a averiguar como as diferentes maneiras de se inaugurar e navegar por circuitos urbanos agenciam forças políticas, éticas e econômicas. Por final, direciono a atenção para a política de transporte em termos mais amplos, expondo etnograficamente diferentes maneiras de movimentar cidadãos, empresas de transporte, o poder público e a paisagem urbana. Penso em como estas constituem, através das diferenças no engajamento ambiental, modos distintos de abordar politicamente as reformulações do transporte coletivo e consequentemente das divisões da cidade.<br> === Abstract : The Terminal de Integração do Centro (TICEN) (Downtown Integration Terminal, in English) is the main public transport terminal in the city of Florianópolis, and the focus of this text. Through ethnographic fieldwork conducted throughout 2015, I analyze in this dissertation the multiple potentialities of movements in the terminal, starting from it and related to it. In this analysis, I prioritize the ways in which distinctions, approximations and distances, as well as the operation of categories of citizens, are created and maintained through strategies of movement. I also question the coherence of a supposed unified transport system and begin to study how the different ways of inaugurating and navigating urban circuits engender political, ethical and economic forces. Finally, I direct my attention to the politics of transport in broader terms, ethnographically displaying different ways of moving and mobilizing citizens, transportation companies, the public administration of the city and urban landscapes. I think of how these elements constitute, through differences in environmental engagement, distinct manners of politically approaching the redevelopment of public urban transportation and subsequently the divisions drawn through the city.
