No. of bitstreams: 1 Moraes_SilvanaMarcia_M.pdf: 5429007 bytes, checksum: 6428a43ccaa979c357011a3dd253e211 (MD5) Previous issue date: 1996 === Resumo: Este trabalho foi realizado junto a um grupo de funcionárias da Universidade Estadual de Campinas, com o objetivo de estudar a influência do ambiente profissional na construção da identidade feminina, procurando-se dar atenção ao modelo de papel sexual, que estas mulheres transmitem para suas filhas adolescentes. Aspectos diversos do desenvolvimento da identidade feminina foram enfocados, através da análise de conteúdo de entrevistas com funcionárias, que são mães e têm os filhos freqüentando os meios educacionais do campus. Os indicadores para o estudo foram: - a relação desse grupo de mulheres com o ambiente de trabalho da Universidade; - os problemas encontrados ao construir o duplo papel de mãe e profissional; os conceitos sobre sexualidade usados na educação de sua filha adolescente. Foi utilizada a metodologia qualitativa descritiva, concretizada através de entrevistas semi-estruturadas aplicadas a um grupo de 20 mulheres, das quais 7 foram selecionadas, para uma segunda entrevista de aprofundamento. O grupo apresentou semelhança em características básicas, como: idade acima de 30 anos; nível de escolaridade até 2° grau; renda familiar de até cinco salários mínimos; uso dos Serviços Educativos (creche, pré-escola, serviço de apoio e primeiro grau) da UNICAMP há pelo menos 8 anos; filhas na adolescência. Notou-se que, em decorrência das consideráveis mudanças ocorridas no cotidiano a partir do ingresso no ambiente profissional universitário, o processo de construção de identidade dessas mulheres sofre sensíveis transformações, que se caracterizam por avanços e ambigüidades. A vivência de situações novas e a possibilidade de receber mais informações pela intensificação da interação social alargam os horizontes anteriores sobre o papel feminino da mãefuncionária. Esta vivência e reflete-se diretamente na família e revela certa ambigüidade na orientação e modelo de papel sexual que ela transmite na educação de suas filhas === Abstract: This work was done with a group of female workers of Campinas State University (UNICAMP), with purpose of studying the influence of the working environment on the construction of the female identity, through the understanding of the woman's role, that these women transmit to their daughters during adolescence. Different aspects of the female identity were focused through the analysis of the content of the interviews made with the female workers who got children attending the educational services of the campus. The indicators used for this study were: The relationship of this group of women with their working environment at the University; Problems found when constructing their double role as mothers and professionals; The concepts of sexuality used in the bringing up of her teenager daughters. Qualitative descriptive methodology was used through semi structured interviews with a group of 20 women, from which were selected for a second interview 7 with the following characteristics: age over 30, graduated from high school, use of Educational Services (nursery, pre school, supporting services and primary school) at UNICAMP, teenager daughters, family income up to 5 minimum wages We concluded that, as result of the considerable changes that took place in there women's every day life, after their entrance in the University professional environment, their process of identity construction suffers noticeable changing which are characterized by progress and ambiguities. The experiencing of new situations, the possibility of receiving more information through the intensification of their social interaction broadens their horizons about the feminine role, the mother-worker. This experiencing is reflected directly in their family and reveals a certain ambiguity in the orientation and the pattern of the sexual role she passes when bringing up their daughters === Mestrado === Psicologia Educacional === Mestre em Educação
