This master thesis analyses and systematizes the scientific literature sources of various Lithuanian and foreign authors about the culture of organisation, human resources, organisational climate and their significance for the organisation and its development. The research has been carried out at AB Šiaulių bankas, Šiauliai Branch and Šiauliai County State Tax Inspectorate, Šiauliai Division. The collected data was processed with the help of the SPSS software.
