Summary:Some protesters are demonstrating for better health care and others against the New England Medical Center's proposal to build a parking garage on Parcel C in Chinatown. Demonstrators hold two protest signs that reads: "Spend $ [Money] on Health Care!" and "Health Care is a Right." There is also a large, red sign that is a "violation" issued on May 19, 1994, from the people of Boston to New England Medical Center (NEMC), at the location of Parcel C, Chinatown, for the NEMC's violations of: "Polluting the community; Pursuing wealth not health; [and] Parking on community land."
