Summary: | With the rapid development of technology, people attach importance to open learning. Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) platforms play an essential role in open learning. 2012 was the year of the MOOCs: its rapid progress won the support from many scholars, but its high quit rate also received a lot of criticism. Following the development of MOOCs, users put high expectations of MOOCs. MOOCs platforms have several usability problems. Most studies have conducted on MOOCs to find technical issues. However, few studies were noted usability problem of MOOCs platforms. This study puts forward on evaluating the usability of MOOCs platforms. |
