Also decision making is challenging involving many stakeholders and due to the lack of context and knowledge from non-routine customer-provider services. Web 2.0 technologies have been hugely successful in increasing peer-to-peer interactions, access to expertise and collaboration. We show how we can leverage enterprise with Web 2.0 features to make to make tacit service requirements and value explicit, leading to service adaptation. In turn, this also changes the nature of current programmed systems to the more adaptive environments of the future. Specifically, we present an Adaptive Complex Enterprise (ACE) environment with an underlying ontology for performance traceability and stakeholder decision making. We also illustrate the concepts and implementation of ACE using Health Gaming Application and Facebook.
