Perceptions of gender diversity, equality, and equity were examined across 6 academic colleges within Youngstown State University. Universities nationwide promote leadership opportunities to knowledgeable professors and faculty. As gender equity becomes more important with each year, it is essential that universities adapt to societal norms. Gender is the independent variable in this study.
