Summary: | The current accompanying programme for people between 40 and 55 years old in Corporación Nacional Petrolera China (CNPC), reflects actions and measures adapted to the needs of this population. The purpose of this program, in addition to improving the working environment, seeks to break paradigms regarding retirement, providing tools and enhancing skills in the participating workers. Therefore, the content is focused on interpersonal and self-knowledge workshops that allow the participant to discover their own talents and thus, together with the learning obtained through the offered curriculum (personal finances, pension systems, entrepreneurship, etc.) workers can address their efforts to design and execute an action plan that allows them to build a future for your retirement. === Trabajo de investigación |
