Data were collected through the use of the Leadership Behavior Description Questionnaire Form XII (LBDQ Form XII) and the Organizational Climate Description Questionnaire (elementary OCDQ–RE, middle OCDQ–RM, and high school OCDQ–RS). All of the 10 leadership domains examined in this study showed statistically significant associations with various school climate areas.
