Data were collected through the use of the Leadership Behavior Description Questionnaire Form XII (LBDQ Form XII) and the Organizational Climate Description Questionnaire (elementary OCDQ&ndash;RE, middle OCDQ&ndash;RM, and high school OCDQ&ndash;RS). All of the 10 leadership domains examined in this study showed statistically significant associations with various school climate areas.
