Investigating the present situation and change of foreign investment of R.O.C. enterprises, including scale of investment, way of investment, reason of disinvestment and government policy in foreign investment. 　　2. Discussing the motive and ownership strategy of foreign investment of R.O.C. enterprises, and comparing the difference of motive and ownership strategy in investing between developed countries and developing countries. 　　3. Using the experiances of foreign investment of R.O.C. enterprises to compare the differences of operating climate, industry developed degress and competing situation of market between developed countries and developing countries. 　　4. Analyzing the different strategies used in developed countries and developing countries to adapt for local environment, including strategies of general operation, marketing, financial management and production management, then make the suggestion as a reference of foreign investment.
