碩士 === 淡江大學 === 建築研究所 === 72 === This thesis is mainly to research the phenomena of the industrial development type and the industrial location change in Taipei County. At the same time, it tries to find important factors that affect industiral development in order to make out the future industrial development strategy of Taipei County. In analyzing, the thesis uses the Lorenz curve, the location Quotient, and different indexes in factory size and productivity; and carries out the analysis in real questionnaire. By way of quantitative method, the topic studies the industrial organization and location changes of Taipei County. In addition, the research is trying to find out the characteristics and potentiality of local industrial development in order to make a proposal for future industrial development policy.
