| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 建築研究所 === 74 === Outpatient department seem to be one of the contact spot of those who visit hospital looking for medical serv ices. Therefore the activities at here become more and more complex, and the outpatient department become more and more important in the hospital.
The scope of this thesis involves the activities and behavior analysis, including the providers, patients, space, programming and manegement, relate to the hospital functional system and the architectural design and plan ning by comparing the actual cases in Taiwan. Analysis their programs from the view of quality, quantity, orintation and organization of the space and medical system. Consider the future expansion of the department within the hospital system and its current changes. I hope that this thesis can be served as the basical material for those who involve health care facilities planning and design.
The main sections to be discussed are shown as following:
Chapter 1: The historical and changes of the outpatient department.
Chapter 2: Define and explane both the activities and space of the outpatient department.
Chapter 3: Comparision the quality of the actual cases.
Chapter 4: Analyzing the quantity and programmnig of those actual cases.
Chapter 5: Discussing the outpatient department how to expand within the hospital system
Chapter 6: Conclusion, suggestions, and prospective reseach.
