Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 工程技術研究所 === 80 === In present study, 12 K carbon tows were used as the main reinforced material and the main matrix was epoxy resin manufactured by Shell corp. The three-dimensional structures of composites were fabricated with the orthogonal nonwoven type of weave mode. In order to investigate the flexural fatigue properties, the properties of static flexure and dynamic flexural fatigue were tested and the fracture surface of optical microscopy were analysed. Experimental results showed that flexural strength was influenced by numbers of longitudinal yarn layer, numbers of ±45° yarn layer and numbers of z-axial fiber, flexural stiffness was influenced by yarn spacing and number of fiber on the surface of specimen in static flexure and dynamic flexural fatigue. The fracture surface of optical microscopy showed that specimen has two different fracture surface. The fracture proceeded along z-axial.
