fast growth of air traffic in civil aeronautical flight
services in Taipei FIR. But the airspace in Taiwan is limited,
the heavy traffic loads the air traffic controllers with the
serious burden and responsibility. In the past forty years,
many human errors lead to accidents. The articles and reports
about the flight security keeps continually remind us that the
rate of the flight accident caused by human errors reaches more
than 80 automation aid system is expected as an important
research objective. The design of the proposed monitor system
is mainly based on the air traffic expertise, with the detailed
rules and regulations from Air Information Publication (AIP)
for Taipei FIR. To ensure the air-craft maintain secure flight
in airway to meet all geographical and weather constrains, the
proposed monitor system will track and alert the air traffic
controllers with constraint violations by different tones and
flashing The proposed monitor system offers an aid to ATC
controller for more efficient and secure service. Methodology,
implementa- tion and simulation are present in this thesis.
