One is the musical composition and the other is the verbal statement --- the idea of this musical work. The thesis composition is written for the symphony orchestra. The material and idea of this work are inspired by the sound of the natural environment and presented by five basic musical events. The musical events derive from the texture of mist, bird-singing, insect-chirping, frog- croaking, and human sigh. The form of the work is influenced by my view toward the life observd from the ebb and flow in the nature of phenomenon. At the beginning of the monograph, the idea of this thesis composition, I state some important musical concepts prevailing in this century as an introduction of the idea regarding this musical work. Afterward, different technique and methods controlling the work's pitch structure, articulation, rhythm, form, timbre and texture are examined here so that the representational process of the sound world could be inspected.
