Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 電子研究所 === 81 === Oxide glasses have been used as liquid phase sintering aids for AlN ceramics. The effect of oxide and oxide glasses on the oxidation of AlN powder is investigated. Yttria-alumina- silicate glass (Y2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 glass) is more suitable than yttria (Y2O3) and lead-boro-silicate glass ( PbO-B2O3-SiO2 glass ) for use as sintering aid. PbO and B2O3 promote the oxidation, while SiO2, Al2O3, and Y2O3 have no influence on the oxidation. The dielec- tric constant, dissipation factor, complex impedance, thermal expansion coefficient, and thermal conductivity of the samples are studied. The influence of various glassy phases and dopants on electrical and thermal properties are discussed in detail. Base on these studies approaches to improve sintering behavior, electrical and thermal properties are proposed.
