approach Three of those four sample companies are " National
Quality Award " winners, the fourth is just start implementing.
The main objective of the research is to find out what are the
importance factors from those companies' implementation
experience and try to deduct hypothesis.Using those four sample
companies as case studies, the research come out 12 chaining
hypotheses. The most importance hypotheses are as follows : 1)
Environment change forced every company to take measures to
improve their product'quality 2) With proper task environment
support, the self effort and time can be shortened to draft
individual " Qulity Improvement Plan " . 3) During the process
of porting task environment support , receiver's capability and
porting method would be crucial factors . 4) Learning by doing
would greatly enhance the understanding of total process . 5)
Only through good two - way communication with task
environment, can we expect steady input or high output quality .
