The purposes of this research are follows: 1、Identify the realities and idealities of human resources and the variances between; 2、identify employees'' personal attributes'' effects on the between the realities and idealities; 3、identify which HRM items will affect employees'' satisfaction HRM practices; 4、identify the relationships between employees'' satisfaction HRM practices and their evaluation to the whole firm. Through the questionaires and some analyses, the author can sum up the research into the followings: 1、From the viewpoint of the employees, the realities of HRM practices are quite different from their idealities; 2、some personal attributes do affect emplyees'' recognitions HRM Practices a lot, especially the sex, salary and their 3、not all HRM items affect employees'' satisfaction; 4、employees'' satisfaction towards HRM practices will affect evaluation towards the whole firm.
