The study by using the method of questionaires tries to understand the situation and recognition of barriers of out- door environmental education. Teachers of Junior high school in Taipei county and Taipei city should be the population of the survey. In order to find out the strategy to solve these educational barriers which abtained from questionaire survey. A group of experts were invited to join " conference on out- door environmental education ". There are 4 main categories of recommendions derived from the conferences. These categories are "administrative regulation for education" ,"promotion of the recognition of teachers and educational administrators", "teaching resources","information exchange". Finally, There are 9 recommendations which came from this study, and it is hoped that such recommendations will provide insight of improvement in outdoor environmental education in Taiwan.
